How do I schedule a service?

Ordering a service is easy. Select the category for the type of service you would like completed. Once you find the particular service you want, click on it, and see all the job details, and the estimated hours required. Next, choose a time that works best for you and a HomeStar Professional will be there!

How many hours should I schedule?

The hours needed for an appointment are automatically calculated based on your selections.

How do I set up a regularly scheduled cleaning?

Why am I not able to schedule the time and date I want?

If all of our service providers have been scheduled for a specific time/date, you will not be able to schedule your service at that time. 

Do I need to be home for my appointment?

We recommend that someone 18 years or older is present for your appointment, at least for the first 15 minutes. Often, service providers have additional questions and recommendations once on site.

Where can I see my past and upcoming scheduled services?

Sign into your HomeStar account and click the appropriate tabs to view all passed and scheduled services.
